MISSIONTherapArt is a youth-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that uses movement, meditation, and the arts to support emotional wellness, healing, and self-expression.
We work with young people, including justice-impacted youth, those navigating systems of care, and historically marginalized communities, creating pathways for them to process emotion, build confidence, and develop resilience.
Through workshops, mentorship, curriculum-based programming, and community partnerships, we create spaces where young people can express what may be difficult to put into words, move through challenging emotions, and build agency over their lives and stories.
Our work brings together movement, meditation, reflection, and art-based practices to support healing, self-awareness, and creative empowerment.
We believe every young person deserves access to spaces, tools, and community that help them feel seen, supported, and empowered.
